REFUND POLICY

A legal disclaimer

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or credit note.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn and unwashed

    • In their original packaging with tags attached

    • Free from stains, odors, or damage

Non-returnable items

  • Final sale items

  • Undergarments, swimwear, or earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email or tik tok shop.

  • If approved, your credit note will be processed and added onto your account within 1-2 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

Damaged or incorrect items

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within [3–7 days] of delivery at penelopespick@hotmail.com  with your order number and a photo of the issue.

How to start a return

  2. We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Package your item securely and send it to the provided return address.
